Payroll Forms

Please fill out the forms that apply to you at the Aquinas Payroll web site. You must fill out these forms before getting paid for your work. Please print these out and turn them in to Human Resources, located in the Holmdene building. Any supervisor signatures necessary will have to be completed by Dr. Dan Brooks in the Academic Building.

Once these are handed in, you will be able to hand in a time sheet and get paid. Please keep in mind that you have a month from the publication date to hand in a time sheet. If you have questions or concerns, please contact John at business@aqsaint.com.

Please note that if you are already employed on campus, you do not have to fill these out. Your pay for The Saint will be included in your regular paycheck for your other job(s).
